Bobby Brown wanted in DeKalb for
allegedly not meeting probation requirements

Singer Bobby Brown is wanted by DeKalb
County authorities for allegedly failing to comply with probation
requirements.
Brown, 34, was sentenced to eight days in jail and two years probation when
he pleaded guilty in January to a 1996 drunken driving charge. An arrest
warrant signed July 17 by State Court Judge Wayne M. Purdom says Brown is
charged with failing to report to his probation officer, to submit to drug
screens and to complete community service and counseling requirements.
Brown, who lists a Lawrenceville address, is married to singer Whitney
Houston. Brown was not in custody Monday, said Mikki Jones, a spokeswoman
for the sheriff's office.
