[From IMDB.com] Houston Family: We Blame Bobby Brown The worried family of troubled R&B
singer Whitney Houston have hit out at her jailbird husband Bobby Brown -
stating they wish she'd never met him. The "I Will Always Love You" star,
40, checked into an unidentified rehabilitation facility over the weekend in
a desperate attempt to conquer her drug addiction demons. According to
Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, Houston's devoutly religious family were
instrumental in the move as they decided she had become "incapable of
looking after herself because of her drug habit". One unidentified family
member says, "She has been destroying her career because of her addiction.
We all knew about it and blame Bobby. We wish she'd never met him. He has
completely led her astray and it has been ruining her." Brown is currently
serving a 60-day prison sentence for breaking his parole, which stems from a
drink driving conviction two years ago. He is due back in court this summer
to answer charges of violence towards Whitney following a violent
altercation in their Atlanta, Georgia home in December. The couple share a
ten-year-old daughter Bobbi, who is currently being cared for by the
