[From Worldpop] OutKast Scoop Two Awards OutKast were double winners at the Black Entertainment Television Awards in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, picking up gongs for Best Male Group and Best Video for Ms Jackson. 'This is our first real award and it's a kind of landmark,' said OutKast's Andre Benjamin. Destiny's Child won Best Female Group and Whitney Houston was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement award. As a tribute to Houston, Christina Aguilera and Luther Vandross performed two of her songs before she came on stage to a standing ovation to receive the award from her mother, singer Cissy Houston and her young daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. 'God has blessed her with a glorious talent that will never be forgotten,' said Cissy. As she accepted the honour, Whitney shouted: 'I'm every woman. I'm a survivor. The best is yet to come.' Child, Lil Bow Wow, who won the Viewer's Choice award, Snoop Dogg, Usher, Sisqo, Jay-Z and
Eve with Gwen Stefani. OutKast recently turned down a request from Janet Jackson to
