Associated Press reports that Whitney Houston was taken ill during a flight to France with severe vomiting according to publicist, Nancy Seltzer. Whitney was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Paris where she was treated in the emergency room for gastroenteritis.
[From MTV News] ...Whitney Houston was rushed to an undisclosed Paris hospital on Thursday (February 24) after getting sick on a Europe-bound flight, according to her spokesperson. The singer, who suffers from gastroenteritis — an inflammation of the stomach and intestines — was apparently stricken with food poisoning and was rushed to the emergency room following a bout of "severe vomiting" on the flight.
